Requirements
- Ability to network within the Ohio and Northeast Indiana business community.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to meet with business owners
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable creating your own opportunities
- Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals and earn based on performance
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Previous commercial insurance experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with proven sales ability and a passion for helping others
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and community leaders throughout Ohio and Northeast Indiana.
Identify and develop new commercial insurance opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement.
Meet business owners to understand their operations, challenges, and insurance needs.
Create customized insurance solutions that protect clients’ businesses and assets.
Collaborate with our experienced service team and insurance carriers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Manage the sales process from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and binding coverage.
Become a trusted advisor—not just another insurance salesperson.
