The Delphos Economic Sustainability Coalition (D.E.S.C.) has been established to promote economic viability to the City of Delphos by assisting existing business owners with the maintenance, structure and façade improvement of existing commercial space along with small business development and start-up through grant application processes and revolving loan funds. D.E.S.C. will further this purpose by advancing, encouraging, and promoting the economic, commercial, and civic development of Delphos, Ohio.
