“Although our name is the United Way of Greater Lima, we serve all of Allen County. Our mission is to Improve Lives by Uniting the Caring Power of our Community. The United Way supports 33 Partner Agencies and 38 Programs. Every year, the need for these agencies and programs gets bigger, therefore, we feel it is our duty to bring people and organizations together to fight for the Health, Education and Financial Stability of every person in our community. 100% of what is raised here, stays here. Last year through our employee campaign payroll deductions, our leadership givers and leading company donations, we were able to put $1.1 million back into these programs and agencies. We are very proud to serve our fellow neighbors with the funds raised each year through our annual campaign.
