H&R Block Under New Ownership
Local H&R Block Franchisee, JoAn M. Smith, is retiring and has transferred ownership to her daughters, Denise Buettner and Sarah Brown. JoAn purchased the franchise in 1974. Her daughter Denise joined the operation as Office Manager in 1992 and Sarah joined as a Tax Preparer in 2003. The office specializes in Personal, Business, Partnership, and Estate Returns along with Business and Payroll services.
