Chelsey Bishop opened Serenity Nutrition at 109 E. 2nd St. Downtown Delphos (between The Rustic and WDOH). Chelsey is a Delphos Jefferson graduate and has been in the health and fitness field for 10+ years. Chelsey is certified in sports nutrition, bodybuilding and is an elite trainer through ISSA, competing in bikini bodybuilding and helping clients with their health and fitness goals. Her passion has brought her to be the owner of Serenity Nutrition.
Offering healthy meal replacement shakes in 50 flavors, energizing teas & much more Serenity Nutrition can help you meet or maintain your weight loss goals, gain muscle and increase energy. Serenity Nutrition offers health advice, accountability, and most importantly an alternative to fast food.
Hours of operation: M, T & W 7am-7pm. Th- 7a-8pm. Fr- 7am-4pm, Sa 8-1pm.
