The OFFICE MANAGER is responsible for leading the accounting teams to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, productivity, standards, and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Office Manager will work with and report to the VP of Finance and will encourage and uphold high levels of employee engagement, morale and motivation by hiring and maintaining an extraordinary team. Additional responsibilities include providing backup support for all functions of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and National Account departments. Requirements include a 4 year business degree or equivalent experience. Position is Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
