The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is needed in the Delphos Call Center to handle sales activities with all incoming phone calls and assigned accounts professionally and promptly to effectively service customers. The CSR will identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and meet key metrics for outbound sales calls to assure program dealer compliance and customer retention. Position is full-time Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6:30pm with occasional Saturdays.
