DESCRIPTION:A sound bath is an incredible nervous system reset and has been scientifically proven to help support anxiety\, depression\, PTSD\, addiction\, and emotional release. But you absolutely do not need to come for a “deep” reason — you can also simply come to relax\, reset\, and reconnect with yourself if life has felt heavy or off lately.\nEach session is $50 per person and includes: A 45-minute sound bath meditation lead by Jen Water + tea refreshments before and after Your own cozy relaxation station with a yoga mat\, blanket\, pillows\, and eye mask\nThis experience takes place lying on the floor. If that would be uncomfortable for you even with pillows provided\, please let me know ahead of time so I can make arrangements for seating instead \nSpots will be limited to keep the experience comfortable and peaceful.
